Our Approach
Reverse-Engineering Bureaucracy
Bureaucratic processes are a barrier to social development and economic growth. We apply a standard approach from computer science to bureaucratic processes, analyzing them from the output for the citizen backwards via the input of various public offices to the citizen input and recreating the process digitally while identifying structural shortcuts.
The result is a variety of digital assistants that accelerate and support bureaucratic processes. This allows bureaucratic hurdles to be overcome with the help of AI.

Raphael Schönball
CEO & Co-Founder
Raphael studied Mathematics in Heidelberg, Munich, and London with a focus on Data Science. He currently works for the United Nations Development Programme as an AI product manager. His experience as a Data Scientist in the Federal Chancellery and the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure motivated him to dedicate himself to the digitization of the public sector and the judiciary.
Simon Leiß
CTO & Co-Founder
Simon studied Computer Science at the Technical University of Munich and the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. He works at amplimind as a DevOps engineer. He is co-founder of Renner Spirit GmbH and Cirqus UG, which provides digital solutions for incubators and startup hubs.
Leopold Fajtak
Full-Stack Developer
Leopold is a Full-Stack Developer. He completed a Bachelor's degree in Technical Mathematics at TU Vienna and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Technical Mathematics there. His professional career has focused on process automation, software optimization and performance, and UX optimization.
